2025 Q1-2	Development of Vacas Beta Version - Points Swap functionality across Zoy Group partner network - Vacas Fortune gaming platform with ZoyGame integration - Booking services integration with ZoyTrip's 2M+ room inventory - ShowVegas.com ticket platform full integration - GEL Aviation private jet booking beta testing
2025 Q3-4	- Launch of Vacas Beta Version - Development of Vacas Official Release ● VIP System with cross-platform benefits ● Fortune expansion with ZoyGame integration ● VRT Payment system deployment across ZoyTrip, ShowVegas, GEL Aviation, and ZoyGame
2026 Q1-2	- Vacas Seed Round - Official launch of Vacas across all Zoy Group platforms - Expansion to 30+ retail and affiliate partners in Las Vegas through ZoyTrip's established network - Development of additional Vacas features: ● Vacas API & SDK for third-party integrations ● Vacas Credit Card for traditional payment bridge ● Sports venue integrations (Raiders, Golden Knights, etc.) ● Convention center payment systems
2026 Q3-4	- Global partnerships with department stores and luxury brands through established relationships - International expansion leveraging Las Vegas hospitality groups' global presence - Worldwide aviation partnerships through GEL Aviation's network - Global gaming platform expansions through ZoyGame's ecosystem
