This is the conceptual model of the VRT ecosystem, illustrating how VRT functions across both online and offline environments within the Vacas infrastructure.

Online Components

These represent services and functions offered within Vacas’s Web2 and Web3 environments:

• Reserve System: Users can exchange VRT for reward points through the Reserve System’s algorithm and Zoy Group’s partner network. VRT allocated to the Reserve System enters or exits circulation only through reward point exchanges with partner companies. When users wish to convert VRT into a partner’s reward points, the corresponding VRT is returned to the Reserve System.

• Online Services: These include digital platforms and offerings within the Vacas ecosystem, such as ZoyTrip bookings, ShowVegas entertainment, GEL Aviation, Vacas Fortune, and the Online Store. Users can participate in these services and use or earn VRT.

• VIP System: By staking VRT, users gain access to the VIP System. Tiers are determined based on the amount of VRT staked and are linked to the VIP programs of partner enterprises.

• Crypto Exchange: Users can buy or sell VRT through cryptocurrency exchanges where VRT is listed.

Offline Components

These represent services and participants in the offline realm of the Vacas ecosystem:

• RP Providers: These are partner enterprises that supply Reward Points (RP) within the ecosystem. Through reward point conversion contracts, RP Providers join the Vacas network, allowing their points to be exchanged for VRT, enabling cross-brand utility.

• Affiliate Companies: These partners offer products or services within the Vacas ecosystem. RP Providers may also serve as Affiliate Companies. By participating, they can access Vacas’s user base and establish new revenue models. Examples include:

  • Sports and Entertainment: Professional sports venues and gaming facilities

  • Convention and Business: Event halls, exhibition centers, and corporate service providers
